2 steps to take the test:
1. Go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=ZvF84ZIpE4yXRlVb3JPHoQ_3d_3d, take complete the 50 questions, and click on submit. Please do not submit until you have completed the test.
2. Send and email to Brian Bubach notifying him of completion. He will send a return email with score and status.
Judges on 2007-08 current list do not need to take the online test. All judges (returning and new), will need to log in to MVP--information coming soon! Please click here and complete the test in its entirety before submitting. Once submitted, please email Brian Bubach notifying him of completion.
