Officials Registration

Note: MVP is the NDHSAA private website. We administer sports, activities and officials through MVP. To register as an official through NDHSAA, you will need an MVP account.

Officials - Current MVP users

Officials with a current MVP account will use their MVP login and password to access the 2009/10 Officials Registration Form. Your school MVP account will be used for both coaching and officiating information. Log in to MVP and click on "My Profile" on the left side of the page. Click on the Officials' Registration tab across the grey menu bar and follow the registration directions. CLICK HERE to log in to MVP.

Officials - NEW to MVP

If you have not created an MVP account, you will need to create an MVP account as you register for officiating. Click on the Officials’ Registration tab across the grey menu bar then click "2009-2010 NDHSAA Officials Registration" and follow the registration directions. CLICK HERE to create your MVP account and begin the registration process for officials.

Officials - Reciprocity

If you have not created an MVP account, you will need to create an MVP account as you register for officiating. Once you have entered contact information, click "Register" then click on the link for the Reciprocity Registration Form. CLICK HERE to create your MVP account and begin the registration process for officials.

Rules Clinics (all sports & activities)

Rules Clinics are put on by the NDHSAA Assistants the Executive Secretary and held seasonally at locations across the state. There are no make-up clinics. Please choose the clinic date and location that best fits your needs

ALL officials of basketball, football, softball and volleyball must attend one officials’ workshop or camp each year.

Camps

Beginning with the 2002-03 school year, each basketball official must have officiated or have been a supervisor at a NDHSAA approved camp within the previous three years to be eligible to officiate region and state tournaments.

Online Testing

Officials and head coaches of baseball, basketball, football, gymnastics, hockey, soccer, softball, swimming & diving, volleyball and wrestling must take an open book test in the sport(s) in which he/she is a head coach/official.
